Fresh asparagus and garlic add great flavor to this omelet.

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Omelet

3 eggs
1/2 cup asparagus
1 garlic clove
1 bacon bits
2 tbs shredded cheese
1/2 cup red potatoes, chopped
1 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Omelet

  1. Cook asparagus in a little water, when the water boils off put in the oil, garlic and potatoes to crisp up a little.

  2. Add real bacon bits and eggs stir a little and let cook.

  3. When most of the egg is cooked add a little shredded cheese allow to melt and enjoy.
