Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus and Mushroom Soup

1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1/2 lb asparagus
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp miso
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp whole wheat flour

  1. Saute vegetables

  2. add spices

  3. add almond milk

  4. add flour

  5. put miso in the blender and then pour in soup and blend.
