Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus and Mushroom Fritatta

1 c egg beaters
1/2 c asparagus, in 1" pieces
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c bell pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp smart balance spread

Recipe Directions for Asparagus and Mushroom Fritatta

  1. Chop asparagus, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper and sautee in 1 tsp smart balance.

  2. Season with cajun seasoning.

  3. Add eggs and stir until done or bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes or until set.
