Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Lo Mein

1 lb asparagus
1 lb button mushrooms
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 c tamari
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp red curry paste
1/4 c tamari
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp molasses
2 tsp red curry paste
7 oz rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Lo Mein

  1. stir fry asparagus and mushrooms, ginger and curry paste in peanut oil.

  2. when mostly done, add tamari and sesame oil

  3. prepare rice noodles according to package

  4. combine cornstarch, tamari, molasses, and curry paste in cup

  5. toss rice noodles with veggies

  6. add cornstarch mixture

  7. cook gently over medium heat until sauce has thickened and noodles are coated
