Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus frittata

1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1 kosher salt, to taste
1 cup cooked spinach
3 egg whites
1 oz fat free cheese
1 tbsp. flax seed

Recipe Directions for Asparagus frittata

  1. Heat oil in a 6-inch non-stick pan, add the garlic and salt. Stir until garlic is soft and fragrant.

  2. Add the spinach and reduce heat.

  3. Pour the egg whites into pan, cook for about 2 minutes or until almost set.

  4. Add the cheese and continue to cook until egg whites are set and cheese is melted. Add the flax seeds on top.
