Italian egg omlet loaded with Asparugus

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Fritatta

2 cups Asparagus
2 large eggs
2 cups egg substitute
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated Cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp smart balance 67% buttery spread

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Fritatta

  1. Mix eggs and put 3/4 in a hot sillet coated with olive oil.

  2. cook through on medium heat then add sauted asparugus and cover with remaing egg. Broil the top till firm, sprinkle grated cheese on top and broil again till brown. Enjoy!
