Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Egg White Omelette 2

1/4 c egg whites
1/2 c asparagus
1/2 c yellow bell pepper
10 g Smoked Gouda
2 tbsp salsa

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Egg White Omelette 2

  1. heat non-skillet over medium heat

  2. heat asparagus in skillet until tender then remove and set aside

  3. add egg whites to the skillet to cover the bottom

  4. when eggs start to set place asparagus on half and top with cheese

  5. fold eggs in half over asparagus and cheese

  6. flip once to allow the rest of to egg to set

  7. place on a plate and top with salsa
