Feta Cheese and sundried tomatoes make a great combo (as does goat cheese) and adds terrific flavor to the chicken and asparagus. No one has said they didn't like this yet!

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus, Chicken and Feta Cheese Dish

1/2 lb chicken breast
4 oz sun-dried tomatoe
4 oz whole wheat penne
5 oz feta cheese
1 cup asparagus (diced)

Recipe Directions for Asparagus, Chicken and Feta Cheese Dish

  1. Cook chicken on stove in some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes until done. Dice and put in large bowl.

  2. Cook pasta (optional) according to directions

  3. Broil asparagus spears until tender and dice

  4. Add pasta, asparagus, and diced sun-dried tomatoes to the chicken. Crumble the feta cheese and combine with the rest.

  5. Let sit to incorporate and serve.
