Pie-crust free quiche. My husband doesn't really like the crust in quiche so I used leftover stuffing instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus and Black Forest Ham Quiche with a Stuffing Crust

8 oz Nonfat
1.5 cup Bread Stuffing, Bread, Dry Mix, Prepared
4 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Fat Free Milk
3 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 cup Asparagus
0.25 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Asparagus and Black Forest Ham Quiche with a Stuffing Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Make the stuffing as directed. Use as much as you need to cover the bottom of your 8' round pan. I only used 1.5c and did not put breading up the side of the pan.

  3. Sprinkle parmesan across the stuffing.

  4. Dice the ham and sprinkle it on top of the cheese.

  5. Chop .5 c of asparagus into .25' pieces and add it to the ham layer.

  6. Dice .25c of onion, or more if you like. Add it on top of the asparagus.

  7. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk, and yogurt. Pour on top of the meat, cheese, and veggies.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes at 400. The lower the temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
