Recipe Ingredients for Asian Veggies and Noodles

1 1/2 cup of broccoli
1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
1 large carrot (sliced thin in strips)
1 onion (sliced)
1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
3 tbsp soy sauce (or stir fry seasoning mix)
1/2 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Asian Veggies and Noodles

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until veggies begin to soften. Add cooked pasta, toss.

  2. Spinkle with toasted sesame seeds in desired. serve.
