2 oz Regular Soy Sauce
1.5 lime yields Lime Juice
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
5 grams Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce
0.5 cup slices Cucumber
0.333 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Asian Veggie Rolls with Soy-Lime Dipping Sauce

  1. combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, sugar, ginger, stir fry sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl

  2. combine shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, and thinly sliced bell pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in 1 Tbsp of soy sauce mixture
