Recipe Ingredients for Asian veggie noodle soup

6 cups vegetable broth
4 oz buckwheat noodles
5 cups savoy cabbage
2 cups bok choy
1 leek
8 tbsp chives
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
3 medium mushrooms
4 cups water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Asian veggie noodle soup

  1. chop all the veggies.

  2. fry the leeks, chives, and garlic in the sesame oil until the aroma mellows.

  3. pour in the veggie broth and all the vegetables and the soba and add the spices.

  4. Bring to a boil.

  5. Serve.
