Recipe Ingredients for Asian vegetarian stirfry

1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minces
1 tsp minced ginger
1 onion, julienned
1 large carrot, matchstick cut
1/2 head savoy cabbage, cut into strips
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Asian vegetarian stirfry

  1. add the garlic and ginger to the hot sesame oil, cook for a few seconds, then add the onions, carrots and cabbage. Crack the eggs into the mixture, and stir-fry over the hottest heat you can muster until the eggs are cooked and the veggies are softened but not mushy. Salt to taste

  2. I like it with a lot of sambal pepper sauce. Would be good with tofu, peanuts, cashews, green onions, or even some crumbled ramen noodles.
