Recipe Ingredients for Asian vegetable soup with rice noodles

Soy Sauce
Sauce, Barbecue Sauce
Raw Cane Sugar
Peas, Green
Corn, Sweet, Yellow
Cabbage
Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
Onions
Chicken Stock Cubes
Joubere Organic Vegetable Stock
Thin Rice Noodles
Sweet Soy Sauce
15 grams Sea Salt
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup pieces Mushrooms, Shiitake
30 grams Shiitake Mushrooms, Dried Sliced

Recipe Directions for Asian vegetable soup with rice noodles

  1. fry off onions and garlic in canola oil

  2. add cabbage and zucchini and stirfry until softened

  3. add remaining ingredients, except noodles, and simmer until veggies are just tender.

  4. turn off heat, add noodles and wait for noodles to soften

  5. serve

  6. Add what ever other veg you like
