Recipe Ingredients for Asian tuna salad

5 oz tuna
1/4 cup soy beans
2 tbs corn
2 tbs garbanzo beans
1/8 cup parsley
1/8 cup cucumber
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs lime juice
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Asian tuna salad

  1. chop parsley and cut cucumber into bite-sized pieces

  2. drain the tuna and break up with a fork

  3. add veggies and seasonings and mix

  4. eat wrapped with lettuce or on crackers
