Recipe Ingredients for Asian Tuna Patties

12 oz tuna (2cans)
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 green onions (minced)
1 clove garlic (peeled &minced)
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Asian Tuna Patties

  1. In a large bowl, mix tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, and garlic. Blend soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, and pepper into the mixture. Form mixture into 6 patties about 1in thick. Spinkle each side lightly with cornmeal.

  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Fry patties about 5min on each side until golden brown.
