Recipe Ingredients for Asian touch to Skirt Steak with saute bell peppers

0.72 lbs skirt steak
109 g red onion, sliced
181 g bell peppers, thinly sliced (one red and one green
2 T Rice vinegar
1 T Mirin
1/2 t sesame seed oil
2 T lite soy sauce
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Asian touch to Skirt Steak with saute bell peppers

  1. Broil steak

  2. Saute vegetables garlic in 1T olive oil

  3. Combine rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, soy sauce

  4. Slice steak thinly and toss in with vegetables and couple of table spoons of soy sauce mixture, heat dish for a minute and serve.
