9 medium raw Tomato Roma
8 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1/2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Asian Tomato Sauce

  1. mince the garlic, saute in oil

  2. add the thinly sliced tomatoes and red pepper flakes

  3. cook at high heat until the tomatoes have thickened into a sauce; stir frequently

  4. add soy sauce to taste and stir

  5. serve over pasta, rice, or veggies
