Soy/Sesame Tofu with Soy/Sesame Broccoli over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Tofun

397 grams tofu, extra firm
454 grams broccoli
4 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Asian Tofun

  1. Cut tofu in little squares

  2. Glaze with 3 T soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil mix

  3. Bake at 350 for an hour

  4. Glaze broccoli with 1 T soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 1/2 T olive oil mix

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned

  6. Cook rice as instructed

  7. Serve tofu and broccoli over rice
