Actually use 85g tofu (adapted from Zebu's recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Tofu Salad

2 cups romaine lettuce
120 g tofu
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
3/4 large bell pepper
2 tbsp scallions
2 tbsp carrot, shredded
10 g peanuts
2 tsp tamari
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe Directions for Asian Tofu Salad

  1. Assemble first six ingredients in a bowl

  2. Whizz the rest in a blender or by hand with a whisk to make dressing

  3. Pour dressing over salad and eat
