Asian Style Stir Fry Recipe

Protein rich, and loaded with age fighting veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Style Stir Fry

3/4 lb shrimp
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp peanut oil
1 1/2 cup red pepper
1 carrot
2 cups broccoli
2 tbsp low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Asian Style Stir Fry

  1. Place drained shrimp in a bowl

  2. Add pepper adn cayenne pepper to shrimp

  3. Toss well

  4. Heat oil in a wok on high

  5. Saute shrimp, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes

  6. Place sauteed shrimp back into the bowl leaving the liquids in the wok.

  7. combine the onions and garlic to the wok and sautee for about 3 minutes.

  8. Add vegetables and broth to the wok.

  9. Reduce heat to medium and cook until veggies are crisp tender. About 4 minutes

  10. Return shrimp to wok, add lemon juice and cook for 1 more minute.

  11. Divide evenly on 2 plates and serve with 2 cups of green veggies of your choice.
