3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

28 grams Coriander
30 grams Fish Sauce
1 tbs Thai Spice Paste For Soup
15 grams Lime Juice
2 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1000 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Asian style soup

  1. make stock with water and stock cubes

  2. chopmushrooms pepper carrots celery

  3. chop chicken chilli coriander and tomato

  4. heat stock add tom yum paste then the carrots celery pepper and beans

  5. when cooked at the chicken prawns and bean sprouts.

  6. season with lime juice and fish sauce

  7. top with coriander onion and tomato
