318 g Bean Sprouts
16 oz Chicken Breast
3 clove Garlic
3 Green Onions
1/4 c Soy Sauce

  2. add everything else

  3. boil for 8-10mins and then simmer for 20

  4. add crushed red pepper to desired level of spice
