Recipe Ingredients for Asian style crab lettuce wraps

1 head lettuce
12 oz bean sprouts
1 red pepper
10 baby carrots
1 t red chili paste
2 T brown sugar
120 g imitation crab meat
1 t minced garlic
1 T lemon juice
2 oz water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Asian style crab lettuce wraps

In a food processor shred bean sprouts, red pepper, carrots, sugar, chili paste, garlic, lemon juice, and water chestnuts. Transfer processed veggies to large bowl and crumble crab meat into the mix. Drain off liquid off the top (and again before serving). Roll mix into pieces of ice burg lettuce.
