1 lb lean beef
1 lb frozen Japanese vegetable blend
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 cups edamame, frozen
1 medium onion
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce, light
2 cups water

brown meat in a large saucepan, add onion and cook until its golden. add garlic and mushrooms, cook for a few min, then add soy sauce and water, cook until the beef is tender. add frozen vegetables and celery, cook until done.
