Recipe Ingredients for Asian Stirfry

1/2 carrot
1/2 green pepper
1 cup fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 cup cabbage
1/4 cup sliced zuccini
1/2 cup snow peas
3 oz beef
1 salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Asian Stirfry

  1. cook rice

  2. add oil to wok

  3. cook beef in wok

  4. add vegetables

  5. add bean sprouts last so they stay firm

  6. once carrots have softened add rice

  7. add sauces, teriyaki and hoisin

  8. salt and pepper
