1 cup Frozen Broccoli
1 cup Green Beans (french cut)
1 cup chopped Red Peppers
1 medium onion
8 oz canned water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Asian Stir Fry Vegetable Medley

  1. Chop Red Pepper and place in a large bowl.

  2. Chop onion and add to bowl.

  3. Add french cut green beans and frozen broccoli to bowl.

  4. Drain canned water chestnuts and add to bowl.

  5. Combine ingredients in bowl.

  6. Cook in microwave 5-6 minutes on high heat or steam until vegetables are still slightly crunchy (al dente).
