Recipe Ingredients for Asian Stir Fry

4 oz sirloin
4 oz Chicken
4 oz shrimp
4 oz salmon
2 oz onion
2 oz celery
2 oz brocoli
2 oz pea pods
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp cilantro
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Asian Stir Fry

  1. brown chicken, beef, shrimp, and salmon in order

  2. add vegetables

  3. Mix liquids, spices, and corn starch until blended

  4. Once vegetables are warmed yet still crisp add liquids

  5. Stir on high heat

  6. Let liquid boil until thick
