8 oz chicken thigh
2 eggs
2 cups stir fry vegetables
1/2 cup green onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
6 oz water chestnuts
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Asian Stir Fry with Chicken

  1. Pre-Cook Chicken

  2. Pre-Cook Rice

  3. Add oil to pan until smoking

  4. Add eggs and cook

  5. Add rice and toss

  6. Add veggies, green onion, water chestnuts and stir fry till heated through and combined

  7. add sesame oil and soy sauce, stir fry till heated through

  8. Serve Hot
