Asian style spicy slaw with peanut dressing and chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Spicy Peanut Slaw with Chicken

4 cup, chopped Cabbage
6 oz Carrots
2/5 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Chili Paste
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Asian Spicy Peanut Slaw with Chicken

Shred cabbage and carrots (or buy shredded), mix peanut butter, sesame oil, chili paste and soy sauce with a little stevia. Warm dressing a little and thin with water if necessary. Pour over slaw and toss. Finish with scallions, if desired.
