Recipe Ingredients for Asian Spicy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

1 lbs pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Asian Spicy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  1. Cut Tenderloin into bite size pieces. Mix together all ingredients (except peanut butter). Add peanut butter and mix until well blended. Add Pork. Marinate for atleast 3 hours.Grill on medium heat on aluminum foil for approximately 10 minutes or until browned on each side.

  2. Boil remained marinade in a saucepan until thickened into a glaze.
