Recipe Ingredients for Asian spiced pan fried salmon with tomato and chives salsa

110 grams salmon steak
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, mined
50 grams tomatoes, seeded, diced
1 tbsp chives, chopped

Recipe Directions for Asian spiced pan fried salmon with tomato and chives salsa

  1. Mix salt, pepper, coriander, ginger and olive oil into a paste

  2. Rub all over salmon steak

  3. Heat pan without any oil until very hot

  4. Fry salmon, 3 sides per minute

  5. Remove salmon and let cool to room temperature. Shred into chunks, removing skin and bones.

  6. Mix garlic, diced tomatoes and chives. Add a squeeze of lime / lemon to mix

  7. Mix salsa and salmon.
