Coleslaw with an asian twist! Goes great with teriyaki chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Slaw

4 oz. cabbage, shredded
2 oz. carrots, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
5 tbsps white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsps ginger, ground
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Asian Slaw

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, green onions and pineapple in a large bowl.

  2. In container with leak proof lid, mix vinegar, soy sauce, oil and ginger. Close lid and shake well.

  3. Just before serving, toss cabbage mixture with dressing. Sprinkle with peanuts and sesame seeds.
