1 lb shrimp
1 lb asparagus
1 pear
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Recipe Directions for Asian Shrimp salad

  1. Boil shrimp - do not over cook

  2. steam aspargus to slight crisp or taste and cut in half in pieces

  3. Dice 1 Bartlett pear

  4. Stir in 1/4 cup of slivered almonds

  5. Toss with Tamari Peanut dressing (Must add calories to count)
