100 grams, raw Snow Peas
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spices

Recipe Directions for Asian Sesame Noodles

  1. Boil noodles and cool.

  2. Placeing each veggie in a separte bowl will make cooking easier. Julienne the 1 cup carrot, and scallion, mince the garlic clove, and slice the snow pea pods diagonally.

  3. Mix the 1/2 c pineapple juice, 1 T. Soy Sauce, and tsp Sesame oil, and set aside.

  4. Heat a non stick pan with Olive Oil until just about smoking. Spread Carrots in pan and do not stir for 1 minute. Then add scallions and garlic, cook 1 minute more. Add snowpeas and sprinkle with 5 spice.

  5. After 1 minute add the noodles to the pan and pour the pineapple juice mix in. Toss until the noodles are heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
