1 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 cup Tangerines, (Mandarin Oranges)
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.13 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
56 7/10 grams Oil Canola
2 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
5 tsp Ginger Root
2 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
0.2 medium raw Lemon
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Asian Sesame Chicken Salad -- home recipe

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and sesame oil. Grill.

  2. Make dressing with chopped lemon, ginger, canola oil, white vinegar and red wine vinegar. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  3. Make salad with all remaining ingredients.
