Recipe Ingredients for Asian Sauce for Pork, Chicken or Steak

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Asian Sauce for Pork, Chicken or Steak

  1. Brown 8 ounces of desired meat quickly until browned but not fully cooked and set aside.

  2. Add half the broth to the pan and then onion and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes until softened.

  3. Add the remaining broth and the remaining ingredients.

  4. Return the meat to the skillet until just cooked through

  5. Serve with broccoli and brown rice.
