Quick way to add some flare to a fish meat

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Salmon Burgers

1 lb salmon fillet
2 medium scallions, minced
3 tbsp egg beaters
2 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Asian Salmon Burgers

  1. Cut the filet into 4 pieces then place in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.

  2. Pulse a few times, then process until finely ground but not mushy.

  3. Grill the fish meat.

  4. Tastes good with a little tarter sauce, but I didn't put any on mine.
