Easy recipe that you can add stir-fried shrimp or chicken to. I stir fry mine with Asian 5 spice, garlic, and ginger. MAKE SURE YOU LOG THE ADDITIONS! Top with your favorite low-cal Asian Sesame dressing. Kraft makes a Light Done Right that is FABULOUS!

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Salad

2 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 c mandarin oranges
1/4 c diced cucumber
1/4 c diced red bell pepper
1/2 c snow peas
1 green onion, chopped
2 T cilantro leaves (optional but it makes a huge difference)
2 T slivered almonds (or other salad topping blend)

Recipe Directions for Asian Salad

  1. Make a salad...duh!

  2. No really, if you need directions here goes:

  3. Plate the lettuce and spinach.

  4. Top with everything else.

  5. Eat (spear food with fork, bring to mouth, chew, savor, swallow!)
