12 ozs broccoli slaw (mix or a mix of shredded broccoli stems & carrots) thinly sliced purple cabbage celery thinly sliced green onions 1 cup artichoke heart (chopped) 6 cuties orange sections - one orange per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Salad - no dressing

1 serving Broccoli Slaw - organic (Trader Joe's) 12 oz bag
0.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.5 serving Green Onion
1.3 serving Artichoke Hearts - frozen (Trader Joe's) 3/4 cup
6 small (2-1/4" dia) Tangerines, (Mandarin Oranges)

Recipe Directions for Asian Salad - no dressing

combine all ingredients in large bowl, except oranges. Add - a broccoli slaw dressing and chill. Before serving, add orange sections to each serving dish.
