Recipe Ingredients for Asian Pasta Salad my way

13.25 oz Piccolini Rich in Fiber - White Penne
6 serving Ponzu
680 grams Beef, Tenderloin
6 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tsp Ginger Root
1/4 tsp The Original Pizza Peppers Crushed Chile Flakes
12 oz Broccoli
2.5 cup Shredded Carrots
1 cup Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
30 oz Bean Sprouts
4 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Asian Pasta Salad my way

  1. marinade thinly sliced beef with 1/2 ponzu, minced garlic, sesame oil, shredded ginger, pepper flakes,

  2. put pasta to boil (7min) then allow to cool while you seer above marinated beef.

  3. Add broccoli for a couple minutes then been sprouts 1.5 extra minutes and allow to cool.

  4. shred carrots, chop red bell and cilantro and toss with pasta, 3 tbs ponza & meat mixture. Eat warm or better yet cold with a bit of lime squeezed. There is another version perhaps tastier but a bit too much fat for me.
