Recipe Ingredients for Asian Omelet

2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 oz onion, chopped
1 oz zucchini, chopped

Recipe Directions for Asian Omelet

  1. Dry saute your chosen vegetables until lightly browned, then add in your eggs, scrambling the whole thing together.

  2. Rather than adding cheese to the top, serve with soy paste (a light syrupy sauce found at asian grocery stores) and maybe a little hot sauce.
