My usual mish mash of random items thrown into a boiling pot of water. Sometimes I add differnet ingredients like textured soy protein or other types of green leafy veggies like chinese broccoli. But the nutrition values should stay relatively the same. THis is a lot of food for such little calories and fat. But be warned you may not be full for very long.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Noodle Soup

45 g egg noodle
7 oz tomato
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 clove garlic
7 oz mushrooms
7 shrimp
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
