Peanutty, sweet, spicy Asian-inspired noodle salad. Feel free to use pasta substitutes or to use the dressing on it's own!

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Noodle Salad

2 cup noodles, spaghetti
1 bell pepper, red
1 cup snow peas
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Asian Noodle Salad

  1. Prepare noodles to desired doneness.

  2. Julienne red bell peppers.

  3. Blanch snow peas and add with peppers and spaghetti in a large bowl.

  4. Whisk remaining ingredients into a bowl and then add to noodle mixture. Toss.
