Yummy crunchy Asian inspired Napa cabbage salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Napa Cabbage Salad

3 oz ramen noodles
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup pecans
4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 cup Agave syrup

Recipe Directions for Asian Napa Cabbage Salad

  1. Directions

  2. Crush noodles, place them in a medium skillet and brown in butter over medium heat. Add Pecans. Stir often to prevent burning. Toss in a large bowl with cabbage and onions.

  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and agave. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
