32 oz. chicken breast boneless
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 tbsp Oil, Sesame
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Asian or Mexican stir fry chicken 2 lbs chicken

  1. Add 1 T sesame oil to wok, stir fry chicken until just under done.

  2. Set aside.

  3. Add 1 T oil to wok, stir fry green & red or yellow bell peppers, onion and green onion.

  4. Now add the chicken.

  5. Stir fry with vegetables.

  6. Now add the stir fry sauce.
