16 leaf, medium Lettuce, Butterhead
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1 serving Green Onion
1 serving Sesame Oil
0.5 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted

Recipe Directions for Asian Lettuce Wraps

Brown the ground beef, add seasonings, including onion. Carefully wash lettuce without breaking leaves. Place on platter and allow guests to put meat into lettuce leaves.
