Recipe Ingredients for Asian-ish Salad

2 cups spinach
2 cups broccoli
2 cup mung beans
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 peppers, jalapeno
1/4 cup cashews

Recipe Directions for Asian-ish Salad

Lightly steam broccoli. Chop spinach, peppers. Make sure everything is clean and dry. Combine all veggies in a bowl. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Put cashews in a food processor and chop. Mix liquid and cashews and top on salad.
