24 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow - Raw
63 grams Cucumber - With Peel, Raw
32 grams Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini - Raw
35 grams Olives, Ripe, Canned (Jumbo-super Colossal) 71 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe - Raw, November Thru May Average
20 grams edamame
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, Whole, Roasted And Toasted
3 grams garlic chili pepper sauce
5 grams garlic, minced
1 tbsp Mirin (rice cooking wine) - Japanese Traditional/Imported Specialty
2 tbsp PC Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Asian Green Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta per package directions.

  2. Toss greens and vegetables together.

  3. Mix sesame seeds, chili sauce, garlic, mirin, vinigar, salt & pepper together. Set aside.

  4. Toss pasta in with vegetables and dressing.

  5. Let sit for one hour or overnight so flavors meld.
