2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger 1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp chopped scallions 1 tbsp lime juice 20 oz salmon, cut into 4 pieces

2 tbsp Syrups, Maple
1 tbsp Ginger, Ground
4 serving Lime Juice
20 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed

Recipe Directions for Asian Glazed Salmon

  1. 1 combine maple syrup, giner, soy sauce, lime juice and dscallions in a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon fillets. Seal, pressing out excess air, and refridgerate for 20 minutes.

  2. 2 preheat broiler or grill. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. If grilling, spray grill before preheating.

  3. 3 remove salmon from plastic bag, reserving marinade, and place on broiler rack or grill. Cook for 10 minutes until fish flakes easily. Brush with marinade once or twice during cooking.
